Chris was awesome! Very helpful through the entire process, and made sure to explain everything since this is my first time having body work done on a vehicle. With his prior experience of working for an insurance company, he was able to provide guidance on the process of submitting a diminished value claim. I greatly appreciated his assistance and will be sure to return in the future.

The key fobs aren't working unless we walk right up to the car. We did buy insurance on the fobs, so please tell us it's not your problem

The people were coutious and helpful from first contact with reception to repair coordinator. My only complaint is I would have liked an update. We dropped off on a Friday for a Monday appointment. We didn’t hear from anyone until I called the following Monday. It would have been really helpful to hear from the team to let me know how things were progressing.
