The automated system with updates was very helpful. The times that I talked to Amber were both helpful and friendly. The car that you returned to us seemed to be a new car. Not only were the dents gone but the car was gleaming inside and out. You detained the inside!! And polished out the scratches on the hood. David said that his contacts with staff on dropping off/ picking up were so pleasant. We will certainly recommend your business to anyone. Thank you.

Service was great. Very satisfied with both the initial contact, estimate, and completion of the work. The only surprise is the towing cost. I was going to let AAA towed the car to you but Patty told me it is covered by insurance so I went along. I was shocked to find out it costs $300 for less than 4 miles tow. Even though it is paid for by my insurance, I think this is overcharge!
