Really bothered by the smell of my vehicle.

Bodywork was fine. The problem I had was my truck came back smelling of cigarettes like somebody had smoked inside the vehicle and my seats were stained.

Rely too much on the texting service rather than the real person to person conversation. I only spoke with person one time in the process and it was in the beginning. Makes it seem like they just want my money and business.

You guys did a good job on fixing the wrecked part of my back passenger door.the thing that bothers me more then anything is someone smoked in my truck and left there items in my truck and as if that wasn't bad enough I was driving from Pekin In when it started to rain so I turned on my windshield wipers,the drivers side did not have a wemdsheld wiper on it. It was laying in the crease of my window and hood well I pulled into a parking lot as I was going to try to repair it I couldn't figure it out but a gentlemen stopped and ask if he could help so after standing in the rain for 15to 20 minto fix it. And then comes yesterday I went to my bible study in New Albany In at Northside church as I pulled in the parking loti looked behind my seat myCoach umbrella was gone I then got in the back seat looking all through my dodge darango it was no where to be founding am very upset with all these things and I will tell you this I will never bring my truck there again an I will spread the word about all the mishaps that took place when you had my truck.

I have already sent my comments my dodge darango will not be back in your shop ever again things were left in my truck from a olest an then my windshield wiper was off laying in the crease between hood an windshield when needed last Friday, as if that wasn't bad enough someone there took my Coach umbrella. That pretty much is my experience. I don't plan on bringing my truck back there an I will spread the word.
