Thank you for taking the time to double check the rattling noise from the back of my car after I picked up my vehicle. It ended up being just a loose license plate, but I appreciate the attention that was given to my concern about the noise. The main repair looks awesome and I'm so shocked at how new it looks. Senn's and especially Steven , far exceeded my expectations. I was amazed that I did not have to do anything throughout the entire process. Steven kept me totally informed daily and did not have to be engaged with USAA or Enterprise. You folks did it all. I showed up to drop / pickup my car and that was it. Steven gave me a high level trust that he would everything possible to provide a like new repair. Thanks to all of your team for a professional interaction !

I have used Senn's more than once, but not thrilled with the last visit purely because of cigarette smoke smell in my car. I do want to add one more comment, my car had a full tank of gas when I brought it in, and when I picked it up it was down to 3/4 of a tank and an additional 13 miles on the odometer. I understand a test drive, but 13 miles???

While Stephen kept me well informed, I became very upset when I picked up my car and the interior smelled like cigarette smoke. My car is 5 yrs old and had never been smoked in. It smelled horrible.
