Everyone I came in contact with was Wonferful. Only thing I would change, not sure, it was a problem for me, with a Large deductible to get the car a lil early, However I was ESTATIC !!!! Ty!!

Friendly people and they kept us informed. However, after waiting 4 months to get the car back (not your fault), I immediately found damage on the rocker panels near each tire from either a jack or lift. The front passenger dent even cause the rocker panel to very visibly bulge out. I can’t believe no one saw this during final quality checks. I just think they didn’t want to tell us because we waited so long

The repairs look good and the people have communicated well. However, when we picked up the car, I found the rocker panels were all dented in front of all four tires, either from a floor jack or the lift not having proper spacers. The front passenger rocker was visibly noticeable due to a slightly bulging dent. I was shocked this was not identified during the final inspections

They were great! Even helped tell me how to hook and unhook my granddaughter car seat. The only thing I would say on final detail inside, be more careful with amor all a lot of splatters and spots.

I’m not an asshole, but I didn’t drop my car off dirty I pick it up. It’s filthy on the outside my TPS sensor that you guys swapped out. Is it programmed to my car and my center cap should be new like the wheel. I’m not trying to pick you apart. I know you guys work hard and everything else like I just wanted my car back the way it was yes it may not be a brand new car, but I keep it super clean and nice and try to take care of her. I’m pretty upset right now because this whole process that was just you guys. The rental car company has drove me nuts. My father died and I have to run up here to pick up my car instead of spending time with my family.

My husband has to look the truck over yet but I found one paint run on it. I went back inside and told the representative what I found. Vehicle will need to be scheduled for that to be buffed out.
