I still don’t have my SUV back. I tried to drive off when they said it was ready but a sensor was bad so it’s still there with no estimated return date. They haven’t even looked at it yet and Thursday was when I went to pick it up.

Upon driving downhill I noticed there was a squeaking sound coming from what I believe to be the front end suspension parts. I was instructed to drop it off again after already returning my rental car. I will be dropping it back off shortly while I am gone on a weekend trip.

I am still hearing a squeak that sounds like a bird coming from a suspension component. It also seems like my driver side window is slightly off track.

I took it back to be looked at the shop after hearing a sqeeking sound, while traveling on a steep downhill road that is not a smooth road. It sounded like a bird cherping squeak that I head while my window was down. After taking it back they shared with me that they cleaned some rust off the brake area and also found that some of the clips from body work weren’t fastened so they also did this thinking the combo of the 2 may have produced this sound. However this is not what is producing the sound as I am still occasionally experiencing heard the sound when traveling on similar terrain. I hope it can be fixed.
