The bumper was not on correctly. The weatherstrip was torn. There was over spray on the wheel well. A trim piece was damaged. There was a white glue like substance all around the opening of the liftgate. The entire cabin was covered with a white dust. There were white fingerprints on the headliner at the door and on the doors.

Way too many items were done incorrectly or incomplete. We needed to bring back to have fixed. Items were lost and had to be replaced. I didn't feel the quality for the repair was very good.

Relatively small repair ($ 1400). Told me it would take 3-4 work days. Took 7. When I arrived to pick it up, there was a drip in the paint which they then had to wet sand and buff out.

Up your smoking fee! The original loaner was undrivable with the smell despite them cleaning already. They took the complaint and immediately got us a new one though, which was excellent! Everyone we interacted with was kind & helpful. Thank you to all involved! Great team.
