Tameisha was great! However my floor mats were not in my car. I had to come back another day. The front desk person initially told me she couldn’t help because they were at lunch?? I finally got my mats.

All things considered the quality of the repair was good, and fast. Incredible given my experience with long delays with other Tesla shops in the past. That said I did have to bring the car back in because the headlight that was replaced as part of the repair wasn’t working. All the people were very nice and helpful.
