I have use this body shop previously for work on my vehicles, and have always been satisfied with the quality of the repair work they have provided

The work they did was excellent. I was somewhat inconvenienced, because of the additional time it took to order some parts to finish the repair work; however, I am not necessarily blaming the body shop for this. It merely was an in convenience because of having to use my secondary vehicle for commuting into Washington DC a couple of extra days. Hardly the end of the world.

The representative responsible for my vehicle was very attentive and quick to update me. The young lady operating the front desk, however, was definitely flustered by having to deal with multiple customer calls. She was not in any way disrespectful to anyone on the phone, but it was obvious to anybody, looking at her body language that she was frustrated. However, she handled herself while on the phone. I say this as someone who used to work in customer service

Having a car repaired is never fun, but I can't imagine any other shop doing as good a job as Severn with making it as painless as possible. I walked away thinking everyone I dealt with treated me as a person, not just just a repair number.

only complaint is my EV car was returned only1/4 charge. Fortunately my car is a hybrid so was able to get it home without having to stop for car. You should look into getting a 220VAC charger so that EV cars are more fully charged.
