During the entire month my vehicle was in the shop, I received no communication from anyone with updates. When I called to get a status update, I was called back 5 hours later. There didn't seem to be any rush to respond to my call.

Christopher was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING to work with! I brought my Toyota in to get fixed after it was hit and Christopher literally took care of everything. From start to finish, he was amazing! He kept me informed, helped me set the rental, and made sure the car was fixed perfectly! So many thanks for a great job Severn and an A+ employee, Christopher.
