So far I think the repairs look ok - little bit of overspray on the doors. I thought we talked about including and buffing out some for handle scratches, but that didnt happen. I could be wrong there

I was pretty dissatifised. The car was in the shop for a very long time - which happens, when they needed to order more parts....thats understandable. I always have communication issues with Avery (had him at other location earlier this year) - nice guy, but never super urgent or responsive, and then doesnt have solutions or direction. We spoke on a Thursday before labor day, and he said it was a long shot and hopeful to have my car ready Friday, but worst case it would be tuesday (after holiday). I didnt head from him Friday to let me know if wouldlt happen, and then Tuesday I texted and left VM to see if I should plan to get a ride there...he never responded to me. Finally, when we spoke he just acted like i was a Burden, and wouldnt really work on solutions even though I had been very patient. I understand there are customers that nag and call all the time - I have never been that, I patiently let the car sit there for 3 weeks - really difficult when the service advisor doesnt respond or help you plan, when you have no car or ride. Also, as a cash payer, it was brought to my attention that I was charged list price on everything, and utilized the most expensive parts and such, compared to if it was an insurance payer. I agree with and understand their volume gets them lower prices, but I wish I was better taken care of paying list full price on every last detail.

I had my car worked on about a year ago and had been having trouble with a part that kept popping out. After visiting once to try to “fix” the issue, Severn Auto Body ended up ordering me a whole new part. Joe and his staff made sure my vehicle looked and ran better than it did before the accident. Joe made it a point to keep me in the loop regularly about every aspect of my repairs. I hope I won’t have to but if ever necessary I will definitely go back to Severn for any repairs to any of my vehicles as well as refer family and friends. Thank you

Severn Auto did a perfect repair on my car. Their communication throughout the process was amazing and vehicle was ready exactly when they said it would be. “Unfortunately” we’ve had other vehicles done there as well and again the experience was top-notch. While no one likes to think of their car being in a accident if you need to have work done Severn Auto is a great repair shop.
