Cheryl, office manager, Alyssa-estimator and Andrew, manager were all extremely helpful, friendly and went the extra mile to ensure my car was repaired properly. They all had numerous communications with the at fault party's insurance company, (Tesla). Tesla was extremely difficult to deal with & I truly appreciate everything Severn Auto Body did for me!
