Overall satisfied with the work, communication and timeline of the car fix - There was a minor cosmetic detail with the windshield strip liner however the manager was very accommodating and offered the window servicer to fix it if I wanted that - only an inconvenience to keep my car in the shop longer however he offered future fixing service if I choose to bring it back. Very satisfied with the customer service but wish the cosmetic detail was caught in the shop while the work was being done.

Unhappy about my service. Clips around bumper near wheel well missing; Triangular molding drivers side, near rear window inside detached. Communication was that car would not be available until JULY 5, but the after I left for the holiday weekend, was told the car was ready - clearly it was not! Quality Inspection fell short on this one. I will now have to spend more time with challenged transportation to get these issues resolved. Teresa Ofano
