The finished work was excellent. The repair took longer than I expected but there were unusual circumstances, as I was out of town while it was being done.

I cannot recommend it anymore as I lost my trust on their workers who feasted on my grocery stuff I left in my car. I pictured and counted the stuff and I knew right away they messed with it in a glance.

The main repair I guess it is satisfactory. They placed new part so it looked good but to refuse to fix the other part affected by accident is not good. I needed to call manager to get help and he did. The lead worker has poor customer service. He needs to learn more about how to keep business running through good customer service.

I had to call for the manager to complete the work. The lead worker was refusing to complete it. I left my car to this shop and informed them that I have plenty of stuff in my car from shopping and I did not have time to unload. The worker/s did the liberty of drinking the stuff in there. I reported this to the lead worker and he was in a way not accepting my report by rationalizing for the workers. It may be small thing but to mess with something that does not belong to you is a big NO. I don't trust them!!
