SHADOW LAKE COLLISION CENTER Shadow Lake Collision Center is an independent, family-owned repair shop. Owned by Eric and Roma Dawson, Shadow Lake Collision Center is their second location. Their first operation, the well-known AA Collision Repair, was opened in 1975. In 2012 Shadow Lake Collision and AA Collision Repair merged into one location centrally located in Sarpy County at Hwy. 370 and 72nd St., just north of the entrance to Shadow Lake Towne Center. With over 20 years experience in the industry, Eric Dawson has set a standard for his company that is acknowledged throughout the metropolitan area. Extremely attentive and professional customer care from the first encounter on the phone until I drove off the parking lot. I received multiple texts on updates on my car and a very thorough explanation of the repairs by Stephen. My car looks better than new ! Thank you Shadow Lake Collision. From my Google review: If your vehicle needs collision repair, bring it here. These guys truly provide best in class service. Here's how they went above and beyond for me: 1) Entirely open and flexible schedule accomodating MY issues with MY backup vehicle, making me 2 days late to drop off 2) They STILL got my car back to me ON TIME, 2 days earlier than the revised estimate 3) OEM parts were price matched at no additional cost 4) Mazda soul red crystal is notorious for being a HUGE pain to correct effectively, and it looks FLAWLESS 5) They cleaned my car inside and out so well, it looks better than new. That also included some gel residue on the inside of my windshield from an old phone mount, which had NOTHING to do with their repair, AND they left touch up paint just in case Big thanks to Cody and Cathy for taking great care of my vehicle!
