I had never heard of Shankles and Gray Collision so I was a little worried, but I was absolutely blown away with their customer service and attention to detail. They kept me in the loop on what was going on with my car repair. At one point he said that after they got my bumper painted he didn’t like the way it look so they sanded it back down and repainted it. I’m sure it was nothing I would have noticed but for them to go above and beyond like that was really remarkable.

There is dirt behind the paint on the door, It is not smooth. A paint stir stick and tape and other stuff were left in my car. I could tell it had been washed but it was not rinsed off good or dirty fingerprints on the back window of the door that got replaced It looks a heck of a lot better than a big dented door, but just was not completely happy with it.
