The repairs were excellent. There were no major issues except some communication about when the final detail would be completed. After getting home I observed some markings left on the plastic part of the front bumper near the tow hooks but that was easily taken care of. Overall they did well.

Erin was very friendly and kept me updated as much as possible. I only had one issue toward the end where she left me a message stating my vehicle would be completed by the end of the day as the detail would only take a couple hours. She then told me later that the detail was pushed back a couple days. I contacted the collision manager to figure out what was going on. The manager stayed in communication with me which was appreciated. Besides this the experience was pretty good.

They were very professional, updated me often on the repair. The car looks like new and they even cleaned out the inside! Car looked new inside and out. I would definately recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.
