From beginning to end, your organization provided excellent service. Many talk about great customer service. You actually deliver. When I first walked in I was greeted warmly. Everyone was dressed professionally. Very impressive. The lobby and the entire grounds looked clean and organized. I was offered a ride to the car rental place. A nice surprise. I was continually informed of the progress on my car and it was finished as promised. I hope you will pass this on to the entire staff that you did an outstanding job. And my car looks and works great.
