I am satisfied with the repair to the damaged hood however we received our car back twice with lights still on and noises that were not there before. When we reached out to shepherds to have these issues fixed they never reached back out to us. We are going on two weeks now of no response to the issues. The one issue is the right front tire/brakes rubbing making two different noises. We had to fix both of those issues ourselves outside of shepherds.

At first, Shepherds was on it with the communication. We always received updates within the first two weeks of service. After that, they stopped updates and we had to call them sometimes twice a day to get through and get an update.
