My car looks like new and it is running like a song. The customer was amazing - friendly and helpful. Nathan is a keeper for sure! He was polite and apologetic for not getting back with me right away. Not everyone in every dealer or collision repair will apologize. I would definite recommend Shepherds to anyone!
