Shepherds was amazing! They did a great job on my Honda SUV! They offered to repair some other damages to my vehicle that were not caused by the collision. The price to repair those damages was very affordable and they fixed a dent in my hood at no cost to me! I was so impressed. Hopefully I won’t need them again, but if I do, I will most certainly take my vehicle to Shepherds!

Need better communication within the shop personnel. We would call and nobody could give us an answer right away if it was in the body shop or the actual shop or what was going on cause there was no communication between shops.
