Not quite sure how you set up a date for the customer to bring in their vehicle and not have parts on hand costing me a weekend and two extra weekdays while vehicle sat with nothing being done other then that the work was fine

Don’t understand why vehicle was scheduled for repair with parts not being on hand causing me an extra weekend and two workdays without my vehicle. Spoke with staff and pics were taken of damage a week before scheduling I assumed that parts needed for repair would be ordered with my confirmation of the schedule appointment
