The biggest thing is that the shop told me 10 days and after they seen the extent of the damage they said 3 weeks which is fine I can understand that. In the end it took 10 weeks. I had to cancel a vacation I had already paid for and wasn’t able to get my money back. The car was operating perfectly fine and I could have used it to go on vacation and then brought the car in afterwards if I had been given a better estimate. I know it can be hard to tell how long something is going to take u til u are actually into it but from 10 days to 10 weeks is borderline incompetence. Other than that the quality of the work was very well done

Called multiple times and was told I would get a call back and never did. Also was given multiple time frames and when they changed I was given different parameters for when they started.
