Stephanie was very helpful and considerate and the guys were great and willing to do a couple of extra small jobs on the car that were unrelated to the collision repair work, for a reasonable additional cost.

The repair work looks great and I was provided with a loaner to drive. I did end up with a flat tire a few days after getting the car back. It ended up being a sheet metal screw with a large washer. It seems likely that it came from it’s time in the shop, but I don’t know that for sure. I just know the car was driven very little before the screw was found.

there were a couple of very tiny pings still visable, however, there were addt'l repairs to the wheel well area made to "blend" the repaired area and it was exceptional.

I was initially unaware of the time frame required for the repairs. When I understood, I was provided a loaner vehicle and was kept advised of the status of repairs.
