I appreciate the updates I got during the job from Clay. I did notice that the small scratch I requested to have touched up with paint was not fixed though. It’s not a big deal but just something I noticed.

I received a rapid and clear response whenever I called to check up on my car. Everything went smoothly from drop-off to pick-up, and all communications were pleasant and courteous!

The shop is wonderful. This is the second time we have a vehicle repaired here and I have been very impressed by the work each time! The staff is great and the Geico rep at the shop kept me updated with estimates when something changed. The office manager Dawn has been a real life saver between insurance and the shop and has been very communicative with everything, which is a huge plus in my eyes. Highly recommend!
