I had the wheel checked and supposedly balanced, they were actually worse than when I took my 2023 Mitsubishi Highlander in. It was an insurance claim and I am totally dismayed at the results. Sorry to be so dir, but sadly that is the case. Seems like they weren’t even checked.

Fitment of bumper cover, headlight, and fender is poor and uneven. Does not match the drivers side. I have reached out to the body shop, and am waiting on a response of how they plan to rectify the situation

I have been a loyal customer for Jim shorkey. My oldest son, Greg. Grew up and went to school with Russell shorkey. I am always treated very well with service, sales and unfortunately collision. But, I suppose it's a plus for me to have known RJ growing up with my second son Nick., in charge of service also grew up with Greg. Having relationships with these young men and seeing them grow and become hard-working adults with families, needless to say I'm happy that somehow I feel very comfortable dealing with the shorkie family.

Did not tell me that the battery was disconnected when doing repair so when I took vehicle the next day to do inspection and emission it failed. Had to drive to reset and take back a week later to have it done
