The shop went above by coordinating a warranty repair with the dealer service department during the time my vehicle was in the body shop. This saved me two extra trips to the dealer as an additional part was required to be ordered to resolve the warranty repair issue.

I keep responding to the reminder of this survey that the car is at the dealership for warranty repair. IMHO the warranty repair has taken way too long. Because the dealership hasn't called me yet to tell me the car is complete, I have not seen the body work.

The body shop did address my complaints of the chrome inserts and pay for the rental car after not informing me of my car's completion. I just did not like the assertion that they had gone out of their way and done me a favor replacing the chrome inserts in my roof rack after they went missing following my sunroof repair.
