Front desk receptionist was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. The service center employee was rude, crude argumentative and simply would not listen to the issue. After raising his voice , yelling at us he simply threw up his hands and walked away. It was as was as easy as tightening a screw! My son in law crawled under the front bumper and tightened it himself
