I was rear-ended by young gentleman insured by State Farm. The company's rep offered me the option of using a shop on State Farm's list which meant I would not need to handle money. I agreed. She gave me the best reviewed shop in the area-- this one. I found the work done there to be fantastic, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional in every way. I'm delighted!
