From the time I walked in to Shurway Auto to the time they completed the work on the vehicle I returned from lease, each and every employee greeted, and assisted me with care and understanding. My leased car was involved in a hit and run. Anyone can imagine my stress. The Owner and his associates took time to explain the process without pressure. Even more important the body work done on my vehicle was excellent. Thank you very much for time and attention to detail.

A sensor had to be replaced/repaired, but since I had the service done, the sensor has never activated. I know nothing of mechanic and I only have to trust it was fixed.

I like the fact that they had a tow truck to send which was on time and he took care of car the correct way. They also had Enterprise rental and return to them and they took care of it. Paperwork was easy with Shurway also. Pleasant staff and everyone knew what they were doing. The car came out beautiful but haven’t driven it a lot yet. Just want to be sure everything is ok when I ride it.

Outside of not knowing when I was going to pick up my car and having to extend my rental for a few extra days, the place is very up front and professional about the work. Better communication is needed on when to expect the work done, but overall very happy with the work that was done. Looks brand new. Much appreciated.
