Took forever, used weather as an excuse to take longer, text me the morning I picked up and said they had to clean it and would let me know ASAP when done. 3 hours later I drove there to find it sitting out front ready for pick up and no one ever called.

The only hiccup in the process was that we were told (on a Friday, the day originally projected for completion) that the vehicle would not be ready until Monday -- but we did not receive notice of completion until Tuesday morning.
