Took longer than expected and they told me the same exact reason on separate days (waiting on a part, oh, wait, it looks like it just came in. We will have it finished by the end of the day or first thing tomorrow.) same exact thing two days in a row after I called a couple of days after it was supposed to be done. It was done three days after that. Just be straight with me. No problem.
