My only concerns are that my card was charged twice, (which I’m sure will be reconciled shortly), and I hope it was no trouble returning the rental- I haven’t heard from Enterprise, but I’m really grateful you offered to handle that! I realize not every shop would. Everything else was so efficient and well done. I appreciate all you’ve done for me, including accommodating my late pick-up last Friday evening.
