My truck was there for about a month. Mostly not due to sid dillon issues. However, brought it home and check engine light it on. Wished they would have looked it over better before I picked it up.

At this point I don’t trust their work in the body shop. Hopefully this changes once my car is repainted for a second time.

I asked my car not be buffed after the repair. They buffed the hood, both front clips, and the brace between the windshield and door. There was pimple type over spray on the front clip driver side and hood. Marks where a rag was drawn across the front driver side clip and a chip in the paint on the hood that was just replaced and painted.

I am disappointed they did not make a note to the body shop person doing the work that I did not want my car buffed and I would be highly unsatisfied if they did so. Took care I received after reporting this problem to the body shop department was fantastic. Jerod took into account all of my problems and will be repainting the front clips, hood, and side brace to make it right. He didn’t give me any grief about it and took ownership of the problem. I hope the second time they get it right.

Was disappointed to find out some parts that were replaced were not OEM parts and was not told that. Also replaced a front driver side tire and didn't call me about that because I would have asked them to replace the passenger side tire so the tread would match because now the new tire tread will eventually be ruined.
