When I was able to speak to someone, people were pleasant. Again I only spoke to someone when I reached out. No information was offered to me unless asked. The assurances I was given all fell through. Call backs were not made to me when I was told to expect one. I’m still waiting for a call that has not been made.

Everyone I spoke with was fabulous!! When I brought my car in to the body shop, I asked about purchasing a touch up paint pen -the lady I spoke with told me they didn’t have any but that she would ask about getting one for me. Much to my surprise I had touch up paint waiting for me in my car !!! Plus the tech touched up my spots that needed it !!!

The job wasn’t done right the first time so they had to take my car again for another week. I asked for a car also that I could even get home and I was told to Uber it, I live 30 miles away from the shop and it was not my fault the work wasn’t done correctly the first time when I had a spare car to drive. When picking up my vehicle my door handle was scratched/chipped twice where it wasn’t when I dropped it off. Overall very poor handling of my vehicle and customer service from Diane in particular was horrible.
