The date kept changing for pick up however it was nice that you called the rental company to extend for us. When we picked up our vehicle I was not happy to find blue spots on our trim pieces up by the window that was removed or dirty fingerprints on the headliner and on the trim around the window. We said something before leaving after checking out the car and after they saw it he asked for our paperwork to verify what we were saying and that they did it ??? That was a bit ridiculous as if we would lie about that not being there prior. There has never been a person that has sat in the 3rd row! He did get the spots out after verifying. I will say the woman in the office area where you pick up get keys in the body shop is very rude this would be our biggest complaint. Everyone else was at least friendly and helped with a smile. Car repairs look great.

They ordered the wrong part number the first time. The second time the part wasn't on the truck. The third time went well. Communication in your organization is lacking.
