The staff were always respectful and cared about my role as customer. The only confusion I had was inconsistency between multiple staff regarding progress and completion date. I called and one person told me Friday at the latest, then on Friday another person said early next week. Then early the next week another person said No, it will be ready this Friday, and then it was done on Thursday.
