They did not keep us updated as to the status of our vehicle and kept our car for a week longer than they originally told us with no communication. Whenever we called for an update they were rude and have zero customer service. As a result of their poor communication, my husband had to take time off work to get our vehicle back and return the loaner car. The loaner car they gave us got less than 20 miles per gallon in gas mileage and we spent more than necessary on fuel.
