My vehicle was damaged in December. I didn't get my vehicle repaired until April sometime. Not all your fault, but you can ask your body shop about how long and why it took so long to get my fender. They had a considerable amount of time ahead of the scheduled repair to get the fender but when I took it in the first time, that's when they told me there was a delay and they did not have the fender. I patiently waited for the repair and when your shop called me about the fender, I did get it in there on a scheduled appointment. They told me they would have it done by the end of the week. That did not work because of a headlight installation that they had to send to your Ford dealership to have it repaired. That took another five days. As far as the quality in the workmanship, it all looked great. It even looked like they detailed the inside and outside of my truck, which I really appreciated. The staff was as courteous as could be. i'm just disappointed in all the delays that it took to get my truck repaired. I brought my truck to Dillon's because I was dissatisfied with the local Ford dealer. Not sure your Ford dealership has a body shop, but that might've been a better option.
