The communication by the body shop was not good … I took the car in on a Monday, 11/27 for a scheduled bumper repair… they thought 2-3 days to fix…. On. Thursday I called for an update, I was told it was in the paint booth abs would be completed later afternoon or on Friday… I advise the I would not be able to pick up the car that day, but would first thing on Monday morning… I was there at 8:45 and my car was parked outside missing numerous pieces on the front and side of the car…. There was no call from you letting me know that my car was not finished… Sid Dillon did deliver the car to me in Omaha and took the rental car back to Fremont…
