I’m not a fan of robo notifications. The automation system was slow to change and I received multiple notifications with both incorrect and correct notifications. With the confusion, I had to call the body shop and since they were very busy, I left voicemails. It became a cycle of phone tag. They were great to clear up the confusion , once we got to speak person to person.
