I've had my vehicle in for repair at other shops in the past - the only difference was that the other shop went the extra mile and cleaned the inside of vehicle (vacuumed and wiped down). I had thought this shop would too, based on other reviews, but they did not. I'm sure it's not required. The repair is good. Just nice to have that touch.

Silver Lake Auto Body comes highly recommended by me. They called to update me on the statuses of my truck. They allowed me to come a few different times to get things out of it and check up on it with no attitude/hesitation. Ted makes the whole process easy dealing with insurance and making sure every damaged piece is replaced or brought back to like new status. When I picked my truck up the work that was performed was better than expected and I have high expectations to begin with. Aside from Ted every employee was pleasant to work with. This is a great small business, I hope it's around for a long time to come!
