It was to take 6 days for my repair. Sipes was aware I would be renting a car for that duration. I turned in my car on a Monday , Enterprise picked me up, took me to get the rental. Enterprise said they would set up rental through Friday. For me to call Sipes Friday, check status of repair, if vehicle wasn’t ready for pickup, to have Sipes call them to extend rental. I called Sipes Friday, was told vehicle would be ready on Tuesday for pickup. I asked for them to call Enterprise, said they would. I was gone from home Friday until 5:00. Sipes had left message at 3:15 that vehicle was ready for pickup. I called but no one answered phone. Sipes had my land line number and my mobile phone number. Considering vehicle was ready 2 days earlier than I had been told Friday morning and fact I had a rental car, which I paid extra for——I think someone should have tried harder to get hold of me.
