Sipes has always been a trusted company to do business with. I was a little apprehensive hearing that Sipes was under new ownership, but overall I was pleasantly relieved that the process went seamlessly. The workmanship was great and the speed of estimate and service was exceptional. Even when waiting for an extended time to a rental car, an employee asked if I needed help and when finding out I was waiting, reached out to the rental car company and immediately got a response. I was very grateful for their assistance, only wish someone had let me know sooner that they had the ability to reach them by text. But this was mostly a problem with the rental car company, not Sipes.

My only comment is that the front desk person started a conversation with another employee and I was left wondering if I was good to go. I went outside to wait for my rental car. After waiting quite a while, another employee offered to assist me then he made the comment that was he wasn’t sure why the front counter person hadn’t offered to do that for me. I explained that she acted as if she was done with me so I went outside to wait.
