I have to be perfectly honest. My girlfriend had repairs with Sipes a few week before I did. Except for her car being detailed, she experienced the inconvenience of navigating an appointment, waiting around for an appraisal, and being as surprised as her insurance company that it is now the responsibility of the customer to dispatch the final appraisal to insurance.
