They got me in quick! Detailed my vehicle and even touched up a few little spots that had chipped paint that were not apart of the original damage. They were great!

Logan was very nice and helpful but the over all communication regarding my car was poor. I called in on Thursday, I was by sipes and the car was parked in the parking lot it appeared to be done so I called to check the status, Logan stated it needed to be washed and a bill needed to be made and it would be ready around lunchtime Friday. 2 o clock comes around Friday no one has called me so I call because I was wanting to take this car trick or treating that night. Logan stated the car still needed washed and a bill wasn't ready still I asked if we should skip the wash and just get the bill done he said the wash was part of the service and he would try his best to have it done by 5 which I think he did try since I was getting notifications of people being in the car. He calls at 430 and said he did try it just wasn't possible for to there being codes now that wasnt mentioned before and their system wouldn't connect with the car so they would have someone come out Monday to see about removing the codes. Monday comes it's now 2 o clock again, I called and spoke with Teresa she stated someone came out and they said there was no codes so I'm not sure how Friday there was codes, Monday there wasn't which I don't think there ever was codes because I can see it in the app. She said the car could be released once it was driven and nothing came up but she said she couldn't drive it because it was in valet mode which I didn't do my husband did. So the car sat all day just waiting to be driven but no one called to ask about taking it out of valet mode. I got that off and she drove the car and everything was fine. I pick the car up and get home and I can still see the scratches I paid 1100 dollars to have removed. I told them I would bring the car back but decided against it because I wasn't going without my car again another 2 weeks. Front end repairs look great, scratches do not, and didn't like the fact my car just sat for no reason at all multiple times.

Rear window is not the Factory same as what was in it originally, the heating elements for the rear defrost are visible from outside the vehicle.

The woman at the front desk was awesome. The mechanical guy was great, but talked like a salesman. When I questioned about the rear window “that’s what came from the dealership, so it’s OEM”. Which it isnt OEM as the OEM windows are on back order

This is the second trailblazer I've brought in there and I have to say the first 1 was in 2009 and 1st time needed front bumper repaired second time was rear ended and needed rear bumper repaired both times great job. However this time I feel you guys out did yourselves , this Blazer 's face-lift looks perfect. We've had it 6 yrs. and it's never looked this good.
