I've had work done at sipes before and have been a satisfied customer, but have been very unimpressed with this recent service. Would not recommend to others if this is how they do business now.

None of the associates seem to communicate well with each other during the process or seem to know what's going on. Loaner vehicle I received (a free service which I am very appreciative of) only had a 1/4 tank of gas, you're asked to bring it back with what it had in it, I brought it back with 1/2 tank (more than I started with) but because my vehicle Wasn't ready I had to keep Loaner another 2 days. Vehicle also had issues starting, heat didn't work properly, electric windows got stuck rolled down. Last time I had work done at sipes they gave me a gas card when I returned their vehicle, this time I didn't even get an apology for their poor work and customer service
