Repairs were made quickly. However, when I picked up the vehicle, my husband noticed that the hood was still not properly aligned. My husband took it back to the shop the next day. The initial reaction from the mechanic was “that’s a Jeep thing”. My husband told the Mechanic that was incorrect as the hood was perfectly centered prior to the accident. The issue was subsequently addressed by the shop and repair was completed properly.

The reason I gave a 7 is because we are still waiting for a panel that is on order and I will bring my car in for completion. I’m sure at that time I will be giving a rating if 9 or 10.
