U didn’t do the work as needed to fix the problem u had it 4 weeks the carpet was to be fully replaced and all u did was detail it the smell is worse now than at first u claim to be top notch but this isn’t it

The smell is still in truck u didn’t replace the carpet like I asked which ins was paying for now there’s a leak in the front passenger side when it rains u might have fixed some things but not totally u kept telling me u were able to de Doris the truck but that didn’t happen 40 yrs of experience sure didn’t show it ill not be back i wont refer anyone to u for service u said u couldn’t get replacement carpet form fitted but some how with out much looking I found it on line with backing form fitted ready to be installed now I have to take it to another shop to get it done right 4 weeks u had it and all u could say is well. Detail it again u have to get rid of the source of the smell first before u can get it clean

Always looking for excuses and trying to get in touch with the owner is impossible how do u run a business like that when no one can make a decision on their own u have a shop Forman but what does he know
