I think this shop has a lot of volume and may not be able to complete work as fast as some shops because of that. Overall? I think they did just fine.

The repair looks good and I haven’t noticed any issues yet. My only complaint is how long it took. I dropped my truck off on a Tuesday and it sat in the lot until late Thursday or Friday. I was able to pick it up the following Friday. Normally, I would not care but the loaner was so small that I could not fit my family in it. I had to shuffle cars with my wife for over a week, sometimes traveling to La crosse just to swap vehicles.
